Do you love the sun, sea and sand? What’s your favorite beach destination? Honestly, I do like the mountains and snow. We receive a good amount of snow at my place. Every year, I spend a few days skiing and playing in the snow with my kids. However, I am looking for something different this time. Thinking of going to a holiday destination in January to get some relief from the cold. I would like to go to a place with a lot of beaches so looking forward to some suggestions for an international destination. It would be nice to sip some martini and enjoy the coastline. Though it will be good to interact with new people and learn about their culture, I do not want the place to be too crowded where I would have to struggle to find a nice spot. I guess 4-5 days would be ideal for me. Have heard great things about Bali and Maldives but I am keeping my options open. I would also like to do some activities like snorkelling, jet skiing, parasailing, etc. Budget is not a constraint but do not want something super expensive. I am open to suggestions. Would appreciate your insights and experiences. Do let me know if you have a specific itinerary or a club/area that you would recommend or want me to avoid. Is it better to stay at a resort or Airbnb? Would also love to try some local cuisines. Wishing for some luck and tanning!
