2. OUR PROCESS FOR HANDLING DMCA NOTICES
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Review the Notice:
We will review the notice to ensure that it complies with the requirements outlined above and determine whether the content should be removed or disabled.
- Remove or Disable the Infringing Content:
If the notice is complete and valid, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit against the user who posted the content.
4. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
In accordance with the DMCA, Tralonet.com has adopted a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers. We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who have been the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices.
5. NO LIABILITY FOR CONTENT
